[ssh-l] configuring ssh and sshd under cygwin to permit login without pro mpting for passwords

I want to configure ssh / sshd to allow me to login to a remote windows
machine without having to type in the user's password.

I followed the instructions in the ssh and sshd man pages, but ssh is still
prompting for a password.

Can someone provide complete instructions. Thanks.
