We are having problems with ssh2 clients accessing our Cygwin SSH server.
We just installed the latest Cygwin release. ssh2 clients can not
authenticate but plink / pscp etc. can.
We have ntsec in CYGWIN env variable.
We were trying password authentication. Is public key authentication
required with ssh2?
